Lesson 1 of Thrive 30 – Stress & Diet

So I just received lesson 1 of Branden Brazier’s Thrive 30 plan and its all about diet and stress and how they effect training and recovery.

There are two-types of stress, complementary and uncomplimentary. Complementary stress is positive and pertains to things like training and learning for example. These are stresses we place on the body that force it to grow. Thrive Diet – More on Plant Based Nutrition

Discovered Branden Brazier tonight, this guy became vegan at 15 and was a professional Ultra Marathon and IronMan athlete for 7 years. Written some books around the subject of diet and training – will update you on this when they arrive :)
