Ate well again today, nuts and banana and apple for breakfast followed by tuna and spinach for lunch. Pasta with spinach and ricotta for dinner. Managed to cut out all tea and coffee and switched to chamomile tea instead; I really like it. Tastes good and is quite relaxing. » Read more: Herbal Teas

October 28th, 2009I ate pretty well today apart from a small bag of maltesers at about 9pm to releive a little stress – rubbish. Apart from that, banana and apple for breakfast, fruit and oat bar for mid-morning snack and grilled chicken, tomatoes and rice for lunch. Chicken and chick pea jalfrezi for dinner (home made of course).
Todays Food
October 27th, 2009Today I ate plain porridge for breakfast (skimmed milk) with a cup of tea with semi skimmed milk. A tuna salad for lunch with extra light mayo and a banana. Late afternoon I had a promax protein bar before training and then for dinner I had low fat mozzarella and advocado salad with quorn escalopes. Oooh, I had a cheeky Latte with semi skimmed milk after lunch and a glasses of extra light ribena during the evening.
That looks like a pretty good day really.
Starting a Food Diary
October 26th, 2009Considering becoming vegetarian and looking to log my daily intake.
Today I ate porridge with semi skimmed milk for breakfast and a cup of tea, a banana mid-morning. For lunch I had a brown baguette with chicken salad and a dash of mayo plus some chicken and garlic soup. A couple of pieces of green and blacks extra dark chocolate and a small bag of maltesers (couldnt get chocolate out of my head). For dinner I made haddock with gruyerre cheese sauce with brussel sprouts, spinach and new potatoes. A few glasses of really light ribenas throughout the evening.
